The lift pass terminals of the ski lifts are always positioned on the LEFT. Pass your ski pass BEFORE THE STICKER to validate your passage.

This App will allow you to receive REAL-TIME ALERTS on ski lifts, bus traffic, weather and slope information !

LIVRAISON

You can collect your ski passes from ALL OUR POINTS OF SALE and from OUR AUTOMATTERS (excluding season passes). To find out the times of our points of sale, go to the Points of sale page.

RECHARGE

You can top up your plan in 3 MINUTES with L'ACHAT MOBILE! The support number to fill in is THE LONG number at the bottom of your support. It's SIMPLE, EFFICIENT and FAST !

MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION

Your order can be cancelled free of charge, up to the day before your first day of skiing, via your personal space. For order modifications, please send us an email with your order number to : vad.tignes@compagniedesalpes.fr
