OUR DISTRIBUTORS

Distributors allow you to buy or reload your lift pass at public rates (with your credit card) or to collect your order purchased on our website.

Distributors are available at our sales points of Grande Motte, Val Claret, Tovière, Lavachet, Boisses, and Brévières.




RELOAD WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE

If you already have a pass, you can easily top it up from your phone. Go to skipass-tignes.com: after selecting your product, enter the long number located at the bottom of your ski-pass at the "complete" step in the participant information section. This allows you to skip the queues and head straight to the slopes.



CANCELLATION

Your order can be cancelled free of charge up to the first day of validity of your pass. Until the day before your first day of skiing, this can be done via your My Orders account. On the day itself, you must contact our service by email at vad.tignes@compagniedesalpes.fr. The following day, any request must be made via Ticketoski. Cancellation is only possible if the tickets have not been used.
