Following the latest announcements from the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister, we are now officially fixed on one point: the resorts will not be able to open their ski area for the Christmas holidays . And the date on which the ski lifts will be able to reopen to the general public is not known.
Tignes remains a holiday destination, with or without a ski area, and many of you want to stay in Tignes for the holidays in order to enjoy the great outdoors after several weeks of confinement.
We don't have all the answers yet, but we are doing our utmost to prepare you for the winter season in the best possible conditions!

If you have ordered a skipass for a stay planned before January 20th, we will refund you in full.
You do not have to take any steps, you will soon receive a refund and a confirmation of the cancellation.
If you have already ordered a season pass, we are currently waiting to know the opening date of the ski area and will compensate you accordingly. We will inform you as soon as possible.
If you haven't yet ordered your ski pass, either for a stay or for the season, we recommend that you wait a little longer. We will come back to you very soon with complete information.
You can order your ski pass on our website in complete confidence: an unused ski pass will be 100% refunded and in case of early closure due to the Covid 19 for a ski pass in use, the refund will be prorated for the unused days.
