Following the latest announcements from the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister, we are now officially fixed on one point: the resorts will not be able to open their ski area . And the date on which the ski lifts will be able to reopen to the general public is not known.
If you have ordered a skipass for a stay planned for february holidays, we will refund you in full.
You do not have to take any steps, you will soon receive a refund and a confirmation of the cancellation.
If you have already ordered a season pass, we are currently waiting to know the opening date of the ski area and will compensate you accordingly. We will inform you as soon as possible.
If you haven't yet ordered your ski pass, either for a stay or for the season, we recommend that you wait a little longer. We will come back to you very soon with complete information.
You will be able to order your skipass on our website in full confidence, as soon as the reopening date of our lifts is known: an unused ski pass will be 100% refunded and in case of early closure due to the Covid 19 for a ski pass in use, the refund will be prorated for the unused days.
