◈ Can I buy a half-day pass ?

The 4-hour ski pass is only available on the Tignes ski area. The half-day pass is only available for the afternoon from 12.45pm on Tignes - Val d'Isère. To select your chosen duration (4 hours or half-day), go to the home page of the website. In the search bar, click on the ski, pedestrian or toboggan product, then select your duration.

◈ What are the terms and conditions of the 8-18 years commercial offer ?

This offer entitles you to a discount of 184 euros on 6 to 15-day ski passes.
To take advantage of this offer, 3 conditions must be met:
Simultaneous purchase of 4 or more packages at the public rate, with at least 2 children (aged 8-18) and 2 adults (aged 19-64).
Packages of the same duration (from 6 to 13 days)

Discount automatically applied to your basket.

◈ Which ski lifts are accessible with the Pedestrian Pass ?

The Pass Piéton is available for one round trip, one round trip 1550-2100, and 1 day.

◈ I'm under 8 or 75+, how do I get my free ski pass ?

Free passes for under-8s and 75+ are only available at points of sale. Don't forget your ID. Please note that our reception staff may carry out checks at any time to ensure that your pass corresponds to your age.

◈ What's included in the ski pass ?

Your ski pass gives you access to the ski area you have selected, as well as to all its facilities (mountain restaurants, lounges, play areas, etc.). Ski passes for 6 days or more (excluding season passes) give you unlimited free access to the Le Lagon swimming pool in Tignes, Le Lac.
Insurance is a paying option that you can add directly on our website after selecting your ski pass. Insurance is also available at the point of sale.

◈ How do I get unlimited access to the Lagon pool ?

Ski passes of 6=7 days or more (excluding season passes) entitle you to free unlimited access to the Lagon pool.

◈ Are there any student rates ?

There are no special rates for students. There are reduced rates for 8-18 year olds.

◈ Is there a group fare ?

Group rates are valid for 20 people or more wishing to order the same package (date, duration and area). Proof of membership of an association or company will be required. To benefit from our group rates, please go directly to the point of sale or send an email to stgm.commercial@compagniedesalpes.fr.

◈ What is Carré Neige insurance ?

Carré Neige is a local, committed insurance policy that covers you in the event of :

◈ I would like to take out season insurance

◈ I would like to take out off-piste insurance

◈ I would like to change my first day of skiing

If you would like to change your ski dates, please send us an email to vad.tignes@compagniedesalpes.fr, mentioning your name, order number and the new ski dates you would like. We are also available by telephone on : +33 (0)4 79 06 60 32.
